FRESH MIXED SALAD WITH ORGANIC YEAST FLAKES

Organic Yeast Flakes are a significant source of vitamin B, several other vitamins, minerals and proteins.
It is a great replacement for seasonings due to its nutty and cheesy flavour.

Here are some tips to create a healthy and tasty salad:

Let your creativity run wild in selecting ingredients but prefer organic quality. Try to include darker greens, such as romaine lettuce or spinach, as they pack in more vitamins and minerals.
Some of the most nutritious foods are the tastiest and lowest in fat and calories like beets, peppers, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, sprouts, onions, peas and mushrooms.
For a dash of sweetness try out cranberries, tangerine sections, sliced strawberries, apple slices or red grapes. They'll boost your salad's nutrition, too. 

Add a metabolism-boosting protein source like hard-boiled eggs, grilled chicken, shrimp, grilled salmon or roasted turkey breast. Smoked salmon provides omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great choice for improving heart health while getting a protein boost. Other non-meat foods, such as walnuts, almonds, and avocados, provide both protein and good fats as well.

For a tasteful and healthy dressing consider making your own. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar is a good choice, spiced up with fresh lemon or lime juice. Add as many chopped fresh herbs like peppermint, parsley, basil leaves, chives or spring onion and use sparingly fresh ground pepper and salt flakes.
